About Katrina.

I’m a high functioning working mom, obsessed with making healthy food taste like it’s not. I talk loud, live fast and am a die hard foodie.

Food is medicine and I strongly believe that we can use it to help us live better, more full lives. Living an active lifestyle with a chronic illness has shown me the importance of eating clean, whole foods. My obsession started when using the autoimmune protocol to treat my fibromyalgia and endometriosis, and I also spent years following the Paleo diet. I’m also well versed in tracking macros and have seen great success with this way of eating.

My love language is food, so supporting my community through meals and education on how to use food to treat specific ailments or symptoms is one of my favorite things to do! You’ll find me at the gym, at the office or on the phone advocating for women’s health when I’m not playing in the kitchen.
